All weddings and events that are hosted by Squamish Valley Golf Club can be tailored to the needs of you, our guest. However, to assist with simplifying what some people view as an extremely stressful time, we provide a variety of set menus to choose from. All menus include assorted artisan breads and a choice of two salads.
FOOD & BEVERAGE MANAGER
The ‘Mashiter’ – named after the picturesque creek located not far from the Golf Club, this Menu option is one of the favourites. $27 p.p plus applicable taxes and gratuity. Choice of’ Carved Slow Roasted Angus Beef with Red Wine Jus or Herb Roasted Fraser Valley Chicken. Accompanied with Seasonal Mixed Vegetables and a choice of Roasted Red Skin Potatoes or Wild Rice Pilaf.
The ‘Sky Pilot’ – named after the highest of a tightly knit group of jagged peaks located southeast of Squamish, behind the famous Stawamus Chief. $37 p.p plus applicable taxes and gratuity. Herb Crusted Prime Rib and Yorkshire Pudding and a choice of Spinach and Ricotta Shells, Roasted Fraser Valley Chicken or Icelandic Lemon and Tarragon Crusted Cod Filet accompanied with Seasonal Mixed Vegetables and a choice of Roasted Red Skin Potatoes, Wild Rice Pilaf or Golden Potatoes au Gratin.
Summertime BBQ Wedding – $38 p.p plus applicable taxes and gratuity. BBQ Striploin Steak, Wild Sockeye Salmon, Roasted Fraser Valley Chicken and Tofu Skewers. Accompanied with Seasonal Mixed Vegetables, Roasted Red Skin Potatoes, Buttermilk Biscuits, and a choice of three salads.
Castle Rock – Named after a mysterious looking jagged outcrop of rock on the eastern side of Howe Sound. It is often only noticeable when shrouded in fog. $42 p.p plus applicable taxes and gratuity
