At Squamish Valley Golf Club we are fortunate to have a strong core of dedicated employees who give their all and love their job, and turnover tends to be very low. However, every so often a position becomes available and we look forward to welcoming a new staff member to the team.


We are currently hiring for the following positions:

  • Line/Prep Cook/s

Experienced Cook – Must have two+ years experience. Needs to be willing and able to do both line and prep work. Full-time hours during our regular season and part time from October to March. Applicants must be motivated and able to work with minimal supervision.

Duties will include;

– working on the line for breakfast, lunch and dinner service, prep and stocking of the line, assisting with the dishes, cleaning the kitchen & stocking orders. Experience with cooking for large groups will be beneficial (weddings, banquets etc)

Applicants must be available throughout the entirety of the golf season (mid March to mid November). Whilst a set schedule will be provided, applicants are preferred to have flexibility to work on weekends and evening and for functions/weddings. Punctuality and reliability are essential traits for this position.

Wages Based on experience and skills brought to the role. Fully paid Extended Health Benefits after 3 months. Free meal during shifts and golf benefits are included
